Intensified awareness of the various approaches to Quality Control Management means that it will be possible to choose the one most suited to specific company needs and to organise QC operation so that the costing of non-conformity and human resources management can be contained. The skills required of a Quality Manager range from strategic (planning control, improvement plans) to leadership relational (improvement groups, interfunctional policies and conflicts, work teams and ESL) to managerial (costs of quality and non-quality, information and automation systems, training). The intersession enables users to assimilate knowledge gained in the classroom and to programme the implementation of methods and instruments.
