ACQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Listening and feedback skills towards one's own collaborators, motivating and inspiring their actions through targeted interventions, using instruments, methods and techniques that are useful to the management of one's own team and to the continuous growth in terms of competencies and results. The metaphor that will play along the training process is that of a sail boat handled by a crew. Classroom activities are followed by a weekend of open sea sailing with a team of instructors and a skipper. The boat is the facilitating context of choice. It enables the stabilisation of acquired information. It also allows, in a neutral area, to experiment with conflict, stress, and emotion management while facilitating the emergence of talent and leadership.
