Enhancement of problem solving capabilities from diagnosis to resolution. The metaphor here is that of the business theatre because, as Shakespeare once said: "All the world's a stage." The organisation becomes the stage where actors, roles, and emotions play out amid various problems and dynamics. The key words are listening, team spirit, adaptation to the unforeseen, and creativity. The entire learning process takes place in a theatre.
