Performance Management
It is one of the key functions. Enables the achievement of efficiency in production monitoring and evaluation, in a consistent, flexible and shared manner. Allows to develop an incentive system able to implements stimuli and corrective action basd on the sales network results and on the market performance.
The consulting process is based on a specific methodology of analysis, in close collaboration with the Company Project Team and:
- generates performance awareness and culture
- creates methodology which becomes a business asset replicable in other units
- creates dialogue on the performance topic between Business Units
- supports Area Manager in providing feedback to employees
